The solution

Connexity utilised a multi-channel strategy, activating all available CSS domains on Google and Bing. They also diversified the traffic sources by opting into Yahoo! and Shop Your Likes. A key part of the solution was leveraging Secret Sales product ranking custom labels to support both optimisation and segmentation efforts. To maximise insights and ensure alignment, Connexity’s performance was managed by using both GA4 and their own pixel.
While the strategy involved channel diversification, the activation approach was focused on Google initially. The key to the partnership’s success was managing scale and profitability for both parties.
